I have paid for the services, when will I receive the database?

After the payment is received, the system will automatically generate database files and send you a download link via email. Database generation time depends on the size of the database and server load. Usually, the files are generated within one hour after the completion of the payment.

How often is your Companies and enterprises data updated?

Our Companies and enterprises data products are updated each week. You will be notified of the purchased database updates via email messages. This information is also accessible at any time by logging in to your account and proceeding to the “Orders” section.

How do I download a purchased database?

Your purchased database can be downloaded after you connect to your webpage profile. All of your purchased databases and their update history are presented in the “Orders” section. After finding the order that corresponds to the database you wish to download, click on the order number. In the order details page, you will see the download link for the most recent version of the database. If you need an older version of the database, you can access it by clicking on the “View Update History” link. This will take you to a page where you can see all of the updates that have been made to the database, as well as the corresponding download links for each version.

What is the source of your Companies and enterprises data?

Our Companies and enterprises data products are compiled from a variety of reliable sources, including public government data, company filings, and market research. The data are collected from publicly available sources (internet websites, search systems, catalogs of the companies and other). We collect data only for active companies – the companies that publish their data online. If the company publish false information about itself we are not responsible for this.

Are the registration and trial databases free of charge?

Both the registration and the trial databases are absolutely free! Just register on our website and you will have access to example databases for free.

What determines the price?

The price is determined by the amount of filtered data. You can find more information regarding the price in the “Price” page.

What kind of filters can I apply to the database?

You can filter data according to preferred data fields, area of economic activity and city where the company has been registered. You can download data for multiple economic activities or regions at a time by selecting the multiple activities or cities/regions option in the filter.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

VAT invoices are automatically issued after the successful completion of the payment.

What payment options are available?

You can pay using Paypal, wire transfer, credit cards, blockchain (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and other payment methods (depending on your country of residence). All payment options are presented in the “Payment methods” section.

Do you provide customer support?

Yes. We provide free customer support through our website. You can also contact us through our email address or telephone number.

Is your Companies and enterprises data available in a specific format?

The database files will be in Microsoft Excel format. The files will be compressed in a ZIP archive. The archive will contain several XLSX and CSV files. Each file will contain data for one table from the database. The ZIP archive also includes a SQL file for rapid data load to your database system.

What is the principle behind these services?

This is a completely automated, self-operating service. You can purchase data without any intervention from our side. We have set up an extensive network of data collection sources from around the world, which constantly feed us with the latest data. This data is then processed and made available to you in an easily downloadable Excel spreadsheet.

Where can I browse through your database examples?

After you filter down a database, a sample of it is automatically generated (according to the chosen filter criteria, Microsoft Excel XLSX format). You can check this sample to see if it meets your requirements.

Are the emails, specified in the databases, active?

We automatically check e-mail relevance each week and the system excludes any inactive ones from the database. However, we cannot guarantee that every single e-mail address is active as some users may not use their e-mail account regularly.

How is the data updated?

Public internet source data is being updated automatically. We use advanced modern cloud computing technology and data quality ensuring methods. The data is taken from publicly available sources as the public government registers, the companies websites, public directories, etc. The data is then checked and validated by our modern cloud-based infrastructure.

Is Your product legal?

All information in our product is public and freely available from public sources. We thoroughly collect it, group and present for you in comfortable form. However, the Buyer is responsible for possible violations of any applicable law, such as GDPR or Can-Spam Act.
